“Tim Yachnik joined Reserve Advisors as an engineer in 2022. Tim graduated with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. He received his Energy Manager in Training (EMIT) designation in 2023 and his Reserve Specialist (RS) designation in 2024.
As an engineer for Reserve Advisors, Tim has partnered with over 500 communities, delivering trusted long-term guidance to help preserve their capital assets, energy improvement needs, and to ensure financial sustainability. Tim helps communities lower energy consumption and cut costs through tailored energy efficiency recommendations. He also guides them through compliance with municipal energy legislation, ensuring both environmental and regulatory success.”
