Kejsi Shuaipi

Kejsi (KC) Shuaipi joined Reserve Advisors in 2025 and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Senior Account Manager, she works closely with various condo and HOA stakeholders throughout Fort Lauderdale, Miami-Dade, Orlando, and Naples, helping them understand the importance of capital planning and guiding them through legislative requirements related to reserve studies. Through education, networking, and industry events, KC brings a wealth of knowledge to empower boards to navigate a dynamic housing landscape. Kejsi brings a strong and proven track record in customer service and client relations, making her a valuable asset to both the team and the clients she serves.

KC’s entire professional career has been fueled by a passion for helping others. Prior to joining Reserve Advisors, she was an Account Manager at Hilti North America. In that role, she excelled in building strong client relationships, and through understanding their specific needs, she consistently delivered value that helped them reach their goals. As an Account Manager, she navigated both office and jobsite environments to provide tailored solutions to concrete and masonry contractors.
