Joe Coffee

Joe Coffee is an Engineer, who joined Reserve Advisors in 2020. Joe received his Reserve Specialist (RS) designation through Community Associations Institute in 2022 and his Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation through the Association of Energy Engineers in 2023. He received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Since joining the firm, Joe has partnered with more than 200 associations to provide capital planning advice that supports the long-term physical and financial health of their community’s common assets. In his current role, Joe also provides energy benchmark and audit solutions that help community managers and boards of directors make informed decisions regarding the reduction of energy consumption and related costs. The knowledge and expertise he provides to his clients is critical to making the most informed decisions relating to community asset management and energy efficiency.
