May 5, 2022 – Reserve Advisors is thrilled to announce that at the CAI Annual Conference’s opening session on May 4th, six of our incredible engineers were officially inducted as Reserve Specialists (RS). This marks 33 total Reserve Specialists at Reserve Advisors, making us the firm with the largest staff of Reserve Specialists in the nation. Because of this, we are able to continue our commitment to providing the highest level of expertise possible to our clients. Our team of engineers have years of specialized experience that ensures the community associations they serve are fully prepared to manage their capital planning needs and reserve budgets.
RS Designations are attained through meeting CAI’s RS standards, which require engineers to complete 30 reserve studies over the course of three years, hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strictly comply with the Professional Reserve Specialist Code of Ethics. The RS designation process also includes CAI’s review of client references and an analysis of the engineer’s reserve study reports, ensuring a high degree of professionalism and competence in their field of service.
Inductees include Alex Gould, Jon Walker, Justin Klein, Matt Ferguson, Shira Tessler, and Tyler Gidden. While Alex, Shira, and Matt were not able to attend the conference, we are incredibly proud of all six engineers who have attained their RS designation, and can’t wait to see what they accomplish for years to come.
