Senior Engineer
Shira Tessler is a Senior Engineer at Reserve Advisors, where she’s been guiding condominium associations through capital planning and energy management since 2019. With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland Park College, she holds the Reserve Specialist (RS) designation from Community Associations Institute and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) through the Association of Energy Engineers.
Based in Chicago, Shira specializes in supporting midrise and high-rise communities throughout the Chicagoland area. She has partnered with more than 400 associations to deliver tailored reserve studies and energy-saving strategies that align with the unique challenges of urban residential buildings. Her work includes energy benchmarking and audits that help boards and managers make informed, cost-effective decisions to improve building performance.
