Maddie Hayes

Maddie Hayes is the Chief Financial Officer at Reserve Advisors, where she leads the firm’s financial initiatives with a wealth of expertise. Maddie joined Reserve Advisors in September 2023, bringing her extensive background in accounting and financial management to the team. Before joining Reserve Advisors, Maddie served as the Controller at OtterBox, where she honed her skills in financial analysis and strategic planning. She holds a degree in Accounting from Marquette University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) candidate and member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

In her role as CFO, Maddie is responsible for managing and leading the financial operations of the firm. She also oversees the HR team, ensuring that HR initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment. Maddie is passionate about helping her partners translate financial data and analysis into actionable business insights and powerful business management tools. Outside of her professional achievements, Maddie is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. She values the importance of teamwork and is always eager to share her knowledge and expertise with her colleagues.
