Director of Product Development
Keary Wass, PE, RS, joined Reserve Advisors in 2014. As the Director of Product Development, he is responsible for leading the organization in product enhancements and research for new product and service offerings. Prior to joining Reserve Advisors, Keary was a Project Engineer for CNA Consulting; a firm specializing in design, consulting and construction oversight of subsurface construction.
Keary holds his Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). He received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Keary has prepared more than 700 reserve studies for community associations. His list of reserve studies performed include Atlantic 17th, a 26-story private residence in Atlanta, GA and the Association of Condominiums of Punta Mita, a private luxury resort community in Punta Mita, Mexico.
