Andrew Stoutenburg

Andrew Stoutenburg, PE, RS, joined Reserve Advisors in 2013. As a Regional Executive Director, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s corporate objectives throughout the West region. He also oversees the production, marketing and sales functions at the regional level. Andrew has been instrumental in Reserve Advisors’ employee development training, where he leads a team in developing customized training programs for the firm’s staff.

Andrew holds his Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states.  He received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida. As an industry expert, he is frequently invited by industry trade organizations and management companies to speak on the topic of reserve studies and proper capital planning. When away from work, Andrew enjoys biking, running, and camping all around Texas with his wife, three children and two dogs.
