August 2, 2021 – Shira Tessler, RS, is a member of Reserve Advisors’ Engineering Team, serving the firm’s clients from its Chicago office. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Tessler received her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Upon graduation, she worked as an engineer performing on-site inspections for electromechanical equipment. As an Engineer, Ms. Tessler is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering analyses and delivering customized budgeting reports that guide Common Interest Realty Associations in fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities for the maintenance, operation and longevity of their properties.
Since joining Reserve Advisors in 2019, Tessler has prepared over 100 reserve studies. Her experiential knowledge in construction and building systems extends from homeowner and townhome associations to complex mid-rise buildings.
