January 4, 2021 – Casey Lewis, RS, is a member of Reserve Advisors’ Engineering Team, serving the firm’s clients from its Austin office. A graduate of Texas Tech, Lewis received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. As an Engineer, Mr. Lewis is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering analyses and delivering customized budgeting reports that guide Common Interest Realty Associations in fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities for the maintenance, operation and longevity of their properties.
Since joining Reserve Advisors in 2018, Lewis has prepared over 240 reserve studies. His experiential knowledge in construction and building systems extends from homeowner and townhome associations to the most complex high-rise buildings. Some of his most notable clients include that of the luxurious Sapphire Condominium Association (South Padre Island) and Camp John Marc (Dallas).
