Managers of Excellence
Stana Gerlach, CMCA, AMS, of Gittleman Management Corporation in Minnesota is the most recent recipient of the Managers of Excellence award.
Stana has been in the industry for more than 10 years and is an Association Manager, overseeing seven townhome and condo associations in suburban Minneapolis.
To be a leading community association manager, Stana:
Fosters Open and Honest Communication – Stana believes in bringing her boards into the conversation. She encourages board members to participate in vendor meetings, she supplies them with the necessary information to make informed decisions and she always delivers the truth – even if there's a problem.
Addresses Problems Directly – Stana is straightforward with her boards. If a problem comes up, she immediately informs the board, talks with them about it and works to determine how it can best be resolved.
Is Organized and Timely – Stana knows her properties inside and out and, when working with vendors, focuses on supplying them with the most accurate information possible in a timely manner. Stana recognizes the importance of gathering the appropriate vendor information and background so her boards can make informed decisions.
It's these qualities that have earned Stana the Managers of Excellence award.
