Design Defect
A deficiency or defect attributed to the original design or indicated specifications

Construction Defect
A deficiency or defect attributed to the improper construction or variance from the indicated design specifications

Condition Defect
A deficiency or defect attributed to premature aging or abnormal "wear and tear"
