John P. Poehlmann
Co-founder and Principal
John has more than 25 years experience in the reserve study and valuation business, earned a master's degree in Business Administration, holds his Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and is responsible for the finance, accounting, marketing and overall administration of Reserve Advisors.
He's served on CAI's (Community Associations Institute) national Board of Trustees, where he helped develop and implement the organization's current governance structure, and is a past recipient of CAI's "National Rising Star" award. John is also a founding member of CAI's Reserve Committee and was instrumental in establishing the Wisconsin chapter of CAI, where he has served as a board member since its inception.
Theodore J. Salgado
Co-founder and Principal
Ted is a professional engineer (P.E.) who has more than 30 years experience in the reserve study and valuation business. He produces, manages and oversees quality assurance for all of Reserve Advisors reserve studies, transition studies and other consulting services, and directs new product development efforts.
Ted is a past president of the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA) and holds his RS and PRA professional designations. He is also a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), has lived in community associations for nearly 20 years, continues to serve as a volunteer board member for his community association, and serves as a director for the CAI Wisconsin Chapter.
